Luiz Carlos has more than 35 years’ experience in audit and consulting. He was a partner of Ernst & Young for 25 years. He sits on the Audit Committee of Natura & Co., Marilan and the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (IBGC). He has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Faculdade de Ciências Econômicas de São Paulo and a specialization degree in Corporate Finance and Strategic Planning from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV).

Mrs. Carla Trematore holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Universidade Estadual Paulista – UNESP and in Accounting from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais – PUC Minas. actuous at the independent audit firms Arthur Andersen, Deloitte and EY between 1996 and 2010. She was a partner at Hirashima & Associados, where she led accounting and financial consulting services, and acted as a consultant from the Institute of Accounting, Actuarial and Financial Research Foundation – FIPECAFI. From July 2014 to August 2017, she held the position of controller in electricity generation companies. Were of the Audit Committee of Caixa Econômica Federal and Member of the Board of Directors of BRB – Banco de Brasília. She is currently a member of the Board of Directors of BR Partners and CI&T and of fiscal councils and auditorium committees.

Ms. Marina Godoy, has been working for almost 25 years in corporate legal, in the agribusiness, retail, distribution, steel and mining segments, with experience in the Federation of Industries of the State of Minas Gerais, Vallourec, Usiminas, Vale and Brascan Agri. Graduated in law, with specialization in Business Law, Civil Law and MBA in Business Management. She joined AgroGalaxy in 2018 and holds the position of Legal, Integrity and ESG Director.

Mr. Marcelo Ematne Amaral has 23 years of experience in Agribusiness, having worked for companies such as Monsanto, Syngenta and Nufarm where he built a great history in the Supply Chain area. Mr. Amaral is an Engineer, with a postgraduate degree from FGV.
