Mr. Welles Pascoal has more than 20 years of experience at Rohm and Haas in different commercial roles in Brazil in Latin America, leading the operations in Brazil and Mexico for 4 years. He served for 15 years as Sales Director at Dow AgroSciences in Brazil, as Marketing Director, and as CEO for the two business segments, Crop Protection and Seeds & Biotech. He holds a degree in Agronomic Engineering from ESACMA – Machado-MG. He holds an MBA in Desarrollo de Directivos at the University of La Sabana and in APG at Amana Key.
Mr. Eron Martins holds a degree in Mathematics and Business Administration from Universidade Barra Mansa (RJ), a postgraduate degree in Information Systems from Universidade Estácio de Sá (SP), an MBA in Taxation and Tax Advisory from the Centro de Estudos Financeiros de Madrid and Professional Masters in People Management from FGV/SP. He has 28 years of experience in the financial and information technology areas in agribusiness and in the glass and metallurgical industry. He was CFO at Nadir Figueiredo from 2020 to 2023, having previously served as CFO at Lavoro Agro, Adama and AGREX. He worked for the Saint-Gobain Group for 22 years, having held the position of CFO LATAM for the glass packaging operation.
Mr. Axel Labourt has more than 20 years of experience in the agricultural and petrochemical industry, having served as Commercial Director for Brazil at Dow AgroSciences and President at Corteva Agriscience (Southern Cone). His experiences include business administration, marketing, sales, M&A and public relations. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Católica Argentina and specialization in Management from Harvard Business School and in Strategic Finance from The Wharton School.
Mr. Felipe Neufeld has over 17 years of experience in national and multinational companies such as Dow, Kimberly-Clark, Cotia Trading, and Banco Votorantim. Before starting his career in Human Resources, he held several finance positions, having worked in treasury and tax, cash flow management, currency risk management, financial planning, and credit. In Human Resources, he assumed responsibilities for all Dow disciplines, technologies, operations, and Business Partners for Latin America, having worked in several M&A operations, leading several strategic projects for the geography and structuring of the new Human Resources organization after the merger operation and subsequent separation between Dow, Dupont, and Corteva. Felipe is an economist, holds a degree from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado – FAAP and is graduated in business management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV.
Mr. Marcelo Zanchi is an agronomist with an MBA in Business Management from FIA/USP and a Post-Graduation in Management Development and Marketing from UFRJ. With 28 years of experience in Sales, Marketing and Business Unit Management, his trajectory includes large Agribusiness companies, such as UPL, ROULLIER Group and DuPont do Brasil.

Mr. Alex Kuribara has more than 15 years of experience in different segments. He worked as Business Consultant at Kearney, Project Manager and Finance Manager at Virgin Mobile Latin America Startup, M&A Manager at American Tower, and Senior Finance Manager at Serasa Experian, where he held the roles of M&A, Business Partner, and FP&A leader. On November 2018, he joined AgroGalaxy to lead PMI at Grão de Ouro Agronegócios, and in September 2020, he assumed the position of Integration Director and later also the role of Strategic Planning at AgroGalaxy. He is graduated in Electrical Engineering with emphasis on Automation and Control from Escola Politécnica da USP. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, MPA, at Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
Mr. Diogo Vasconcellos is a systems analyst with specializations in projects and e-business from FGV, including PMP/PMI certification, business management from Dom Cabral, and a master's degree in management for competitiveness from EAESP/FGV, with the research topic digital transformation. He has over 20 years in the IT area, the last 15 of which he has served as the main leader in the area in the companies he has worked for, having also led the areas of operational equipment and PMO. He has extensive experience in (re)structuring and digitizing processes, leading and developing teams and implementing / consolidating systems.
Mr. Guilherme Badauy has more than 20 years' experience working in various segments. He was Head of Finance at VIVO for 10 years in the Goiás and Tocantins region, working in mobile telephony. He also worked for 3 years as Director of Brazil Operations for the Coral Group, working in the provision of labor assignment services. He also worked as Head of Financial Administration at Timac Agro in Goiás in the Fertilizer Operation, and later as Head of Administration at Raizen, a leader in the Ethanol, Sugar and Bioenergy production segment, for 6 years in Goiás and Mato Grosso do Sul. He has been operating AgroGalaxy's investees for 06 years, 03 of which in his current position. He has a degree in Accounting from PUC-Goiás and an MBA in Controllership and Finance from PUC-Goiás.
Mr. Gustavo Calderon has a degree in agronomy from UEL, MBA in business management from Dom Cabral Foundation and in sales channels management from ESPM. He has over 25 years of experience in agribusiness in the areas of sales management, strategic planning, operations, and marketing. He has worked in companies such as Cooperativa Lar, Syngenta and Grupo SinAgro.
Ms. Marina Godoy, has been working for almost 25 years in corporate legal, in the agribusiness, retail, distribution, steel and mining segments, with experience in the Federation of Industries of the State of Minas Gerais, Vallourec, Usiminas, Vale and Brascan Agri. Graduated in law, with specialization in Business Law, Civil Law and MBA in Business Management. She joined AgroGalaxy in 2018 and holds the position of Legal Director.

Sebastián Popik founded Aqua Capital and has more than 16 years’ experience of private equity in South America, with a focus on agribusiness. He served as an operator at Salutia and as a consultant at Booz & Co in Latin America. He is currently a member of Harvard Agribusiness SIG. He has a degree in Economics from Universad de San Andrés and a master’s degree in Public Policy from Harvard University through the Fulbright Program.

Tomás Romero joined Aqua Capital in 2010 and has over 10 years’ experience in the area. He served as a consultant for Latin America and Europe at Valeu Partners, a consulting firm headquartered in Milan. He also worked in the Franklin Templeton Investments’ private equity team. He graduated in Economics from Universidad de San Andrés.

Mr. Benildo Carvalho Teles founded Rural Brasil in 1987. He is an agricultural technician with more than 30 years of experience in agribusiness with companies such as Nestle S.A., Rural Brasil, and Grupo Teles.

João Fernando joined Agro100 in 1996 and has more than 20 years’ experience. He served as the Chief Commercial and Procurement Officer whilst he directed the Seeds Office. He graduated in Agronomy and has a specialization degree in Marketing.

Larissa graduated in Economics from FAAP São Paulo and has an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. She has more than 20 years’ experience in agribusiness and finance and has held the position of CFO at Syngenta Brasil since June 2018. She previously held other positions at Syngenta, including Regional Pricing Officer for Latin America, Regional Senior Comptroller for Latin America, Statutory Financial Officer for Brazil and Regional Treasurer for Latin America. She served as the Chief Financial Officer, leading a start-up company project for GP Investments and as the Corporate Finance Officer at Siemens Brasil. Larissa began her career at Nokia (from 1999 to 2005), being in charge of the treasury front- and back-office operations in Brazil and the USA (New York).

Mr. Mauricio has a degree in Business Administration from PUC-RJ and a graduate degree in Finance and HR from the IAG – School of Business at PUC-RJ. He concluded the Management Development Program at the Darden School of Business – University of Virginia and holds a graduate degree in Leadership and Strategic Management of People from Insead. He is currently an independent member of the Board of Directors of Tenda Construtora and of the Compensation, Nomination and Governance Committee of YDUQS Participações, where he coordinates the People and Governance Committee. He is also a member of the Monitoring and Performance Committee. Mauricio was a member of the board of directors of publicly held companies such as Taesa Energia, Tempo Assist, JBS, Mangels and Nutriplant. He was also Ambev’s People and Management Officer and Regional Operations Officer, serving the company for 19 years. Additionally, he was the Brazilian COO of Votorantim Cimentos and Officer at the holding company Votorantim Participações. He has been a partner of Galicia Investimentos since 2007.

Tarcila Ursini has 27 years of experience as an executive and consultant in leading companies in Brazil and multinationals, being one of the leaders in strategy, innovation and culture for corporate sustainability in Brazil, and in the inclusion of the matter in corporate governance.
She earned a degree in Economics from FEA/USP and in Law from PUC, and a master’s degree (LL.M) in Development and Law from the University of London, UK.
She is a member of the Board of Directors of Agrogalaxy and member of the Sustainability Committee. She is also a member of the Boards of Directors of companies such as Grupo Korin, Grupo Simpar SA/Movida, Grupo Baumgart, Banco Santander SA. She is a professor at FIA USP and coordinator of the course “ESG for Board Members” at IBGC. In the civil Society, she is an advisor to Capitalismo Consciente Brasil, of the BLab Multinational Committee, and ambassador of the BlackJaguar Foundation, which has plans to create the world’s largest ecological corridor along the Araguaia River.

Eduardo Terra has more than 20 years’ experience in the retail market. He is the president of the Brazilian Society of Retail and Consumption (SBVC) and a board member at several retail companies. He is a college professor in graduate programs and MBAs, lectures in Brazilian and international retail events and authored various books and articles on retail and consumer market. He has a degree in Economics and an MBA in Retail from USP and also studied Retail at Columbia University in the City of New York and at Youngstown State University.

Mr. Mauricio Puliti has more than 20 years’ experience in various industries. He worked as a Sales Engineer at Networks Sector and Motorola Solutions. He also worked as a Project Manager at Motorola Mobility, and later as a Senior Project Manager at Rabobank Brazil. He was also Director and later CPO at BRF, as well as General Manager of the company’s operations in Kuwait and Oman. In 2015 he joined Allied Tecnologia as CFO, the same position he held from 2019 to 2023 at AgroGalaxy and later joined the Board of Directors. He holds a degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the Polytechnic School of USP and an MBA in Business Administration from Northwestern University. He also worked as a Financial Administrative Director of Rural Brasil S.A., Agrototal Holding S.A., Bussadori, Garcia e Cia Ltda. and Grão de Ouro Agronegócios S.A. since 2019.
