President
Sebastián Popik founded Aqua Capital and has more than 16 years’ experience of private equity in South America, with a focus on agribusiness. He served as an operator at Salutia and as a consultant at Booz & Co in Latin America. He is currently a member of Harvard Agribusiness SIG. He has a degree in Economics from Universad de San Andrés and a master’s degree in Public Policy from Harvard University through the Fulbright Program.

Mr. Tomás Romero joined Aqua Capital in 2010, with more than 10 years of experience in the area. He worked as a consultant for Latin America and Europe at Valeu Partners, a consultancy company based in Milan, and worked on the equity team at Franklin Templeton Investments. Graduated in Economics from the University of San Andrés. He was a Director of the Company between 2019 and 2020. He was a member of the Board of Directors and Board of Directors of Agro Control Participações S.A., since 2018; a member of the Board of Directors of Agrototal Holding S.A., since 2017; a member of the Board of Directors of Rural Brasil S.A. since 2016; a member of the Board of Directors of Campeã Agronegócios S.A. since 2019; and a member of the Board of Directors of Grão de Ouro Agronegócios S.A. since 2019.

Mr. Eron Martins holds a degree in Mathematics and Business Administration from Universidade Barra Mansa (RJ), a postgraduate degree in Information Systems from Universidade Estácio de Sá (SP), an MBA in Taxation and Tax Advisory from the Centro de Estudos Financeiros de Madrid and Professional Masters in People Management from FGV/SP. He has 28 years of experience in the financial and information technology areas in agribusiness and in the glass and metallurgical industry. He was CFO at Nadir Figueiredo from 2020 to 2023, having previously served as CFO at Lavoro Agro, Adama and AGREX. He worked for the Saint-Gobain Group for 22 years, having held the position of CFO LATAM for the glass packaging operation.

Mr. Luiz Carlos has more than 35 years of experience in auditing and consultancy. For 25 years he was a partner at Ernst & Young. Serves as a member of the Audit Committee of Natura & Co., Marilan and the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (IBGC). Graduated in Accounting Sciences from the Faculty of Economic Sciences of São Paulo and specialization in Corporate Finance and Strategic Planning from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV).

Ms. Mônica Lamas was Commercial and Cargo Director at Guarulhos International Airport and also at CCR Aeroportos, having relevant experience in strategy and revenue growth, in companies such as Clear Channel, Itaú, Whirlpool and TIM. She is a counselor certified by IBGC and Fundação Dom Cabral, was an independent counselor at retailer Mobly and is currently a counselor at Instituto Reditus and Vertimob Infrastructure. She has a degree in Production Engineering from the FederalUniversity of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and an MBA from Kellogg.
